Hi, I'm Christine! As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I have specialized training in communication, attachment, and relationship patterns. While I work with couples and families, I also provide individual therapy for people who want to improve their relationships-including the relationship they have with themselves. Individual therapy may focus on building self-compassion, understanding difficult dating patterns, or learning to set healthier boundaries at work and with loved ones.
I specialize in trauma-informed therapy that considers both the emotional and physical effects of stress, anxiety, and trauma. Our work may include understanding nervous system responses, noticing how past experiences show up in the body, and developing tools to feel more grounded, safe, and connected.
I also have advanced training in perinatal mental health and support individuals and couples through pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, and identity changes the occur during the transition to parenthood.
Who I Work With
I work with individuals, couples, and families, including: anxious perfectionists, LGBTQIA+, people living with chronic health concerns, pregnant and postpartum people and their partners, trauma survivors
